How do you determine the value of my property?

We will perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), for your property – we look at any recent appraisals for your property, comparable properties that have been sold in your neighborhood, renovations that have been completed and any repairs that are required.

What happens if I am facing a mortgage penalty for selling?

In most cases, our Company will pay the mortgage interest penalty at the time of completion, however, this is determined on a case by case basis that is dependent on our Agreement as a whole.

How does your Company get paid if you do not charge any real estate fees or commissions?

We earn our profit from the difference in price between buying from you and the amount we re-sell the property for.

Do I have to pay a fee for your initial proposal for your offer to purchase my property?

There is no cost or obligation to you for our Company to send you our proposal to purchase your property.
