The sale of your property depends on the current real estate market conditions; we can’t give you an exact date because we do not control the real estate market. However, we don’t make any profit until your property is sold, in the meantime, your payments will be made which will free you of the monthly financial burden while we are working hard to re-sell your property.
What happens if I am facing a mortgage penalty for selling?
It is your decision if you want your property sold before or after the penalty date.
Will I receive any of my money now or do I have to wait until the property sells?
