What type of properties do you buy and what areas do you buy?

We buy houses, duplexes, townhomes, condos and residential development projects that are any size, any price, in most cases, in any condition and in any location in Vancouver BC, the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, North Shore, West Vancouver and Squamish, BC. Our Company will also entertain commercial multi-family unit apartment buildings on a case by case basis in other parts of British Columbia, Canada and the US.

What if my property is in need extensive repair or requires upgrades?

It does not matter, in most cases, we buy property as-is. If the property has major structural or foundation issues, we will look at this on a case by case basis.

How do you determine the value of my property?

We will perform a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), for your property – we look at any recent appraisals for your property, comparable properties that have been sold in your neighborhood, renovations that have been completed and any repairs that are required.

What happens if I am facing a mortgage penalty for selling?

In most cases, our Company will pay the mortgage interest penalty at the time of completion, however, this is determined on a case by case basis that is dependent on our Agreement as a whole.

How does your Company get paid if you do not charge any real estate fees or commissions?

We earn our profit from the difference in price between buying from you and the amount we re-sell the property for.

Do I have to pay a fee for your initial proposal for your offer to purchase my property?

There is no cost or obligation to you for our Company to send you our proposal to purchase your property.

Do you perform Agreement for Sale (Right to Purchase) transactions ?

Yes, we can perform Agreement for Sale (Right to Purchase) transactions.
